Have left compulsory full-time education |

Do not have an up-to-date English or Maths qualification at level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework |

Proof of residence in an EU country for 3 years |

Must be employed (part-time or full-time) in England |
| |
Proof of employment contract |
| |
Must have legal right to residence in UK |
| |
Must not be receiving funded education/training |
